General

The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double box beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and four televisions. In addition there is a fitness equipment, an air conditioner and an elevator. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, three washbasins, a hairdryer and three showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a convection microwave and a coffee maker.

Travelling with family, friends or colleagues is easy in this spacious 80 m² apartment, which offers three separate bedrooms and room for up to six guests. Set in Delft’s historic city centre, it combines generous shared living space with private sleeping areas, making it suitable for group holidays, business trips and extended stays. Thoughtful amenities and a practical layout help everyone enjoy their own space while staying together.

The living room features comfortable seating and a Smart TV with Chromecast, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and cozy dining area. All three bedrooms have comfortable box-spring beds, Smart TVs with Chromecast and desks, providing convenient spaces to work or unwind. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, vanity and heated mirror, while a second bathroom in the hallway includes the same facilities plus a toilet. A separate second toilet adds convenience. A private washer and dryer, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe, ironing facilities and high-speed Wi-Fi complete the amenities.

Guests can also access the communal courtyard garden, modern gym and lobby with coffee facilities and workstations. The building is powered by solar energy, supporting its sustainable approach and features elevator access. A large paid parking garage is approximately a three-minute walk away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
