The spacious, bright living room is tastefully decorated and has a Smart TV. You will find an open kitchen with a hob, extractor hood, (combi) oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. This villa has 3 bedrooms; downstairs a double bedroom with wardrobe, upstairs a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower cabin, washbasin and an infrared sauna. Through the patio doors in the living room you reach the spacious garden with terrace at the front and back of the house, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful nature. The forest villa has a living area of approximately 105 m2. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Next to the house there is space to park two cars.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
