General

The holiday home for 35 persons has ten bathrooms and 14 bedrooms and is equipped with 39 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, a gas fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a table tennis table, a terrace, a trampoline and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with nine washbasins, six showers and six toilets.

The holiday home has a freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

The accommodation is built in the regional style of Twente, and is designed for groups to 30 people. There are several accommodations on the site. The playground can also be used by other groups. For the children, there is a climbing course in the forest, and there are also pedal cars for small children. There is also a Finnish Kota cabin where you can also stay together around an open fire. The kitchen has professional equipment. Meals can be provided if desired. The accommodation includes a private Finnish Kota and a hot tub. There are a total of 14 bedrooms, 6 of which are downstairs. There are 8 double rooms on the second floor. On the property, you will find a covered playing/games room with pool table, air hockey, table tennis, darts, foosball, etc. On the large sports/playing field, there is also a trampoline, play area, campfire place with surrounding benches, table tennis tables, and a place for soccer and/or volleyball. Within walking distance, there is a beautiful petting zoo, and you can walk directly into the forest from the accommodation. The environment is the most beautiful part of Twente. With areas such as the Lutterzand, the current valley landscape of the Dinkel, and the Beuninger Achterheide, one can truly speak of a fantastic environment. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
