Upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 4 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 4 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 2 showers/WC. Terrace, garden. Terrace furniture, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. The accommodation consists of two adjacent houses. In the garden there is a Finnish Kota and a hot tub (extra).

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
