On the ground floor, this home features a spacious eat-in kitchen designed to comfortably seat eight people. It includes modern amenities like a dishwasher, a five-burner gas stove with a dedicated wok burner, and a double hot air oven. A transparent glass gas fireplace elegantly divides the kitchen from the living area while allowing a glimpse into the living room, where high ceilings beautifully enhance the tower's circular shape. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
