We warmly welcome you to our newly built holiday home right by the sea.

Our holiday home is located on an artificial island behind the Den Oever Marina, directly in the IJsselmeer.

You can enjoy the sunrise overlooking the marina from the front terrace, and on the back terrace, you can end the day with a picturesque sunset over the IJsselmeer.

The ground floor of this luxuriously furnished villa features an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest WC. The upper floor has three beautifully furnished bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a sauna. Every room in our holiday home offers breathtaking sea views.

The entire property is fenced.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
