Our fine and exclusive holiday park is located on a small peninsula in Onderdijk, directly on a large lake, the Groote Vliet, which is completely surrounded by water and can be reached on foot or by car via a small bridge, whether for fishing, boating, swimming, kite surfing, sunbathing or for long walks along the sea. The surroundings are simply made for it and there is a very friendly and respectful coexistence between the only 70 houses on the island. You can expect pure relaxation and tranquillity in a beautiful natural setting, right on the Ijsselmeer.

Garden / Terrace:A sunny and beautifully landscaped terrace with a stone barbecue, various seating options, deckchairs and parasol. The property is beautifully landscaped and completely fenced. The lake, the Groote Vliet with a bathing jetty, is only about 50 metres away on foot.

Our wooden house, newly built in 2015, really offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday! Distance approx. 500m to the Ijsselmeer with its pebble and fine sandy beaches. Boating, kite surfing, fishing, cycling, shopping, good restaurants make your holiday a pleasure. Attractions, sights, museums, for young and old in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful old Dutch towns with charming architecture are just a few minutes away by car, e.g. Medemblik - 5 km - Hoorn 20 km - Enkuizen - 25 km - or even Amsterdam 60 km. For children there is a large private playground with kiosk, terrace and many highlights, such as trampolines, large slides, wooden railway, swings and much more, which can be used free of charge by our little guests. Three kilometres away is a swimming pool with water slide - Indore playground for children up to 16 years approx. 5 km away. Nearest harbour in Medemblik - with its historic railway station and dyke with jetty for boat trips. In Enkuizen there is another large Indore swimming pool directly adjacent to a fine sandy beach by the sea. Spokjesland, also in Enkuizen, for children up to the age of 12, is a popular attraction for young families or grandparents with grandchildren. Golf course in the immediate vicinity Our manager will be happy to help you plan day trips, e.g. to the island of Texel or the North Sea.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
