Step inside a warmly decorated living space crafted with natural materials, featuring a cozy sitting area, a television, and an inviting pellet stove for cooler evenings. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with a combination microwave, cooker, electric kettle, coffee machine, and fridge with a freezer. Free Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay.

Climb the stairs to reach the cozy open sleeping loft, which features a comfortable double bed. Downstairs, you will find a clean, modern bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. Step outside onto your sunny private terrace furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a parasol, which opens out to a shared courtyard featuring lounge sofas, hammocks, and a shared wood-fired hot tub. (Please note that wood for the hot tub is available at reception, and a baby bed or camp bed cannot be accommodated here.)

Convenient parking is available nearby at the holiday park. EuroParcs may require a security deposit before arrival for guests staying in a holiday home. After departure, the accommodation will be inspected, and the deposit will be refunded within approximately three weeks if no damages, missing items, or disturbances are identified. Additional charges may apply where necessary. Guests are kindly requested to follow property rules and respect fellow guests to help ensure a smooth refund process. Please note that a higher deposit may be required during major events and festivals.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
