General

The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with ten single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two heaters, two televisions, a radio and a DVD player. In addition there is a barbecue and a terrace and there are two sets of garden furniture and two gardens. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a bath, four washbasins, three showers and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has two fridge-freezers, two washing machines, a tumble dryer, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a high chair, a playground equipment and a playpen.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, an oven, two microwaves and two coffee makers.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 100,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
