Located just 7 km from the sea and the beach, this beautiful mill yard is perfect for those looking for relaxation and outdoor adventures. With forests nearby and easy access to local attractions, guests can enjoy both peace and recreation. Inside, the wagon features a comfortable whole; a side table, an equipped kitchenette, a closet and a couch with a cozy double bed. Originally decorated in the atmosphere of the four seasons. Guests have a large private terrace with garden furniture, making it an ideal place for a cup of coffee in the morning or a relaxing evening with views. Practical amenities such as heating and cooling ensure a comfortable stay. The shower and sanitary facilities are located outside the wagon and are private for guests. In the area you can go for a walk and enjoy the many possibilities between Den Helder and the historic city of Alkmaar. A day trip to the island of Texel is more than worth it. You can also visit the Vreeburg Farm and Carriage Museum in Schagen or explore the special Hoenderdaell shelter for wild animals in Anna Paulowna.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 50,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
