The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a bicycle parking and there are three gardens. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a stovetop.

This charming, modernized bungalow offers a cozy retreat for up to four guests and is located on the edge of the popular Eureka bungalow park. Just 1.5 km from the tranquil sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee, the property features two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a bright, garden-facing living area. The bungalow is surrounded by a large private garden and includes parking for two cars. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and pets are welcome (maximum of one, upon prior arrangement).

The master bedroom includes a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with single duvets, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed with a lower double bed (140 x 200 cm) and an upper single bed (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds and insect screens for added comfort. The modern bathroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower, a toilet, and a vanity unit with a lighted mirror.

The open-plan living and dining area boasts a comfortable seating arrangement, a digital TV with Dutch and some German channels, and a vinyl floor. The fully equipped U-shaped kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher, combi microwave, and fridge-freezer. Outside, the large 635 m² garden offers a sunny terrace with dining furniture, a lounge bench, and four sun loungers. The garden is fully fenced for privacy and includes various seating options to enjoy sun or shade. A sunshade provides additional comfort on warm days, and a secure shed is available for bicycle storage. Linens are not included but can be rented during booking.

The bed-linen is optional and available for € 13 p.p./Stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
