For families with a baby, a cot and highchair are available. The bathroom is simple yet functional, with a shower, sink, and mirror.

The garden is a key feature, with a south-facing terrace perfect for enjoying sunny days. It is nearly fully fenced, making it safe for small children. Garden chairs and a barbecue are provided, so you can enjoy outdoor dining or relaxation.

Additional amenities include laminate flooring throughout, free WiFi, and a small storage room with a freezer. Guests also have access to a washing machine, adding extra convenience for longer stays. On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
