General

The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed, a double bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, two televisions, a heather, a CD player and a radio. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a coffee maker.

The open kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including modern appliances such as a ceramic hob, combi oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and even an egg cooker. The new, spacious bathroom is a highlight, fitted with a walk-in shower, sink with storage, bidet, and a second toilet, making it practical as well as stylish.

Two bedrooms provide a restful night’s sleep, one with twin beds and the other with a bunk bed, making the home equally suited for families or small groups. With central heating, Wi-Fi, comfortable garden furniture, and plenty of thoughtful touches, this is a place where you can truly relax. The lush garden adds extra charm, creating a peaceful retreat where you’ll feel welcome from the very first moment. Please note: pets are not allowed, ensuring a clean and serene environment for all guests.

The bed linen can be rented for 13 euros per person/stay.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
