The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. Step inside a welcoming living room with an open fireplace, a 32-inch Full HD Smart TV offering digital cable with 7 German channels, and free Wi-Fi. The new, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, convection oven, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, 126-liter refrigerator with an 18-liter freezer compartment, electric kettle, and toaster.

The bungalow offers three cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200) and wardrobe, a second with a bunk bed (2x 90x200) and wardrobe, and a third with a single bed (90x200). The bathroom includes a shower, sink with cabinet, and a 220V outlet for a hairdryer, plus a separate toilet. Outside, the fully fenced garden provides ample privacy and comes with comfortable garden furniture, including 5 chairs with cushions, 2 fixed chairs, 2 deck chairs, an outdoor barbecue, and a drying rack. You'll also find a water machine. Pets are welcome (with prior registration and request not to enter bedrooms or use furniture without a blanket), but smoking is not allowed indoors. Private parking is available at the bungalow, and leisure facilities like a playground with toys and a ping-pong table are nearby. Please note: bed linen is not included but can be rented.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
