The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a sauna, a garden, a tennis court, a swimming pool (private), a terrace and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker (espresso machine) and a stovetop.

Pets and smoking are not permitted, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all. The living area is bright and garden-facing, with a spacious corner sofa, a swivel armchair, and a Smart TV with Dutch and German channels. Guests can relax outdoors on a covered veranda with a lounge set and patio furniture, overlooking a private 95 m² south-facing garden with a trampoline—ideal for families. Free access to the park’s indoor swimming pool is included.

Located in Park Campanula, this chalet lies within cycling distance of the wide sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee. The setting is peaceful and family-oriented, surrounded by natural beauty. Park facilities include a playground, sports field, tennis court, mini golf, sauna, and seasonal food outlets—all available for a fee. Though parking is not directly beside the chalet, loading and unloading are allowed, and central parking areas are conveniently located within the park grounds.

The modern corner kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, extractor hood, combination microwave oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. The cozy dining area seats four comfortably. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, washbasin with illuminated mirror, and a toilet. Bedroom one includes a double box-spring bed, while bedroom two offers two single beds. Central heating and free Wi-Fi ensure comfort throughout the year. Please note: linen is not included but can be added when booking.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
