A stylish and newly built chalet, this bright holiday home is designed for up to five guests and features two bedrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups. Completed in June 2024, the chalet offers a modern interior with high ceilings, large windows, and natural finishes. Pets and smoking are not permitted, maintaining a fresh and clean environment. The cozy living area includes a large corner sofa, swivel chair, and Smart TV with Dutch and German channels. A covered veranda with garden furniture and an 80 m² lawned garden adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Guests also enjoy free access to the park's indoor swimming pool.
Located in Park Campanula in Sint Maartenszee, the chalet is within cycling distance of the beautiful sandy beach, perfect for summer outings or sunset strolls. The nearby area offers peaceful coastal landscapes, ideal for walking and cycling. The park itself includes additional facilities like a sauna, mini-golf, and a laundrette, available for a fee. Though direct parking at the chalet is not possible, unloading and loading are permitted, and a central car park is available within the park.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
