The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater and a TV. In addition there is a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

The open kitchen is recently renovated and thoughtfully equipped with everything from a gas stove, oven, and microwave to a Nespresso machine and dishwasher making cooking together a pleasure. The ground floor also features a fresh, modern bathroom with shower and toilet, along with a convenient double bedroom. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms await: one with twin beds, the other with a flexible double box spring.

Step into the large, fully fenced garden to enjoy breakfast outdoors, a glass of wine in the evening, or simply the peace of your private space. Within the park you’ll find green spaces, a football field, and table tennis, while nearby facilities include an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and even mini golf. On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
