The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, two showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Completely unwind in this charming holiday home located in the small-scale Villapark Anzelhoef in Sint Maartenszee. The house accommodates up to 6 people with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 brand-new bathrooms renovated in 2024. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together. The two bedrooms on the first floor each feature a double bed. Child-friendly amenities such as a high chair and a crib are available (please bring your own crib bedding). Pets are not allowed, and bed linens can be rented as an optional extra.

The property is just a 10-minute bike ride from the beach and within walking distance of the forest, making it perfect for a walking or cycling vacation. Nearby, you’ll find cozy restaurants, beach pavilions, and local markets. For day trips, the historic city of Alkmaar and the charming town of Schagen are easily accessible. Enjoy the stunning natural surroundings and discover the diverse attractions of the Dutch coast.

Inside, the home features a tastefully decorated living room with cable TV, a round extendable dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, combination oven-microwave, and a washer and dryer in the utility room. The sunny garden offers a beautifully landscaped terrace with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. Barbecuing is permitted using gas or electric grills. Free WiFi and parking for one car are included.

The bed-linen is optional and available for € 13 p.p./Stay.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
