The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a double bed and a double bed or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a bath, two washbasins and a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a convection microwave and a coffee maker.

Renovated in 2023, the property accommodates up to 5 guests, offering a tastefully furnished living room with a comfortable corner sofa, armchairs, and a Smart TV with Dutch and German channels. The dining area seats six, with a high chair provided. The modern open kitchen features a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, induction hob, and combination microwave, complemented by a scullery with a washing machine and dryer. The ground floor has a bedroom with a pull-out bed (80x200 cm mattresses) suitable for one adult or two children, while upstairs, two bedrooms feature a double bed and twin beds, all with single mattresses and duvets.

Nestled near the beach and forest, the home is perfect for a cycling or walking holiday. A 10-minute bike ride leads to the beach, while the surrounding forest is just a short stroll away. Explore the beautiful dunes, vibrant bulb fields in spring, and local markets for a relaxing getaway. The area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with trails and scenic landscapes offering plenty of adventure and leisure.

The property includes two modern bathrooms, one on each floor—one with a shower, toilet, and sink, and the other with a bathtub, toilet, and sink. The sunny garden features a landscaped terrace with furniture and an electric barbecue for outdoor dining. One car can park at the property, with additional parking available in the general car park. Free WiFi is provided, and guests are reminded to bring or rent linen. Please note that pets are not allowed, and electric car charging is prohibited.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
