The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a shower and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a convection microwave.

The bungalow features a tastefully decorated living room with a cozy corner sofa and a Smart TV offering Dutch and German channels. A spacious dining table seats six, and the open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, induction hob, and oven, making meal preparation easy. A high chair is also available for little ones. Upstairs, two inviting bedrooms await: a master with a comfortable double bed and ample wardrobe space, and a second bedroom with three single beds and a cot. All beds have single mattresses and duvets; guests should bring linen for the cot. The stylish bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower, toilet, and washbasin, with an additional toilet upstairs.

Step outside to the sunny garden and beautifully landscaped terrace, complete with a barbecue for outdoor dining. In spring, enjoy breathtaking views of vibrant flower bulb fields. One pet is welcome, and free WiFi is provided. Parking is available in Park Gudea's central car park. Please note that linen is not included but can be rented when booking. On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
