Our holiday home, Seepferdchen (Seahorse), is located in St. Maartensvlotbrug in North Holland, on the North Sea coast, in the small and quiet Gudea holiday park.

The detached house, with a sun terrace and barbecue, lawn, garden, and trees, sits on a 444 m² park-like plot with an adjacent wooded area. The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, a living/dining area, and is very well-maintained. We have furnished the holiday home to be family-friendly, accommodating up to five adults and one infant. Free Wi-Fi, a new washer-dryer, and comprehensive amenities are provided.

Five bicycles are available for guests to enjoy leisurely bike rides to the beach. Parking is available near the house, and there is also a communal parking area.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
