The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a CD player, a heather, a radio and an infrared sauna. In addition there are two terraces. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

An optional utilities and service fee of EUR 105,00 will be charged before your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include this package. It covers final cleaning, utility consumption, service support and protection against minor damages. Guests may also manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

There is a lake/open water less than 5 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 800 meter. You can also relax, because near Boshof in Schoorl you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
