General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture, a trampoline, a terrace and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven and a coffee maker.

An optional utilities and service fee of EUR 70,00 will be charged before your arrival. Details are given below.

Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 70,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

There is a mall nearby, in 1,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Anna's Place in Schoorl you can go to the beach or the forest.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
