The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heater and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Inside, the living area is furnished for four people and connects seamlessly with the open kitchen, equipped with all the essentials from stove and oven to microwave, coffee maker, and fridge-freezer. A steep spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where both bedrooms are located. The master room has a double bed, while the second bedroom comes with two singles, making it a great fit for families or friends. From the bedrooms you can access a practical walk-in shower, while the toilet is conveniently placed on the ground floor.

Step outside and enjoy a fully enclosed little terrace, perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Free Wi-Fi, nearby street parking, and the option to bring your dog make your stay even easier. With the center of Petten only 200 meters away and the beach reachable in just ten minutes on foot, this spot combines a peaceful location with everything you need close by a simple, relaxed getaway by the Dutch coast.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
