The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double sofa bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a TV, a radio and a heather. In addition there is a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave and an oven.

The center of Petten is only a couple of minutes away, yet here you’ll find yourself in a quiet spot where you can truly unwind. The cozy veranda with heaters makes it easy to enjoy the garden from early morning to late evening, whether with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Inside, the house is thoughtfully furnished to feel welcoming and practical. The living area includes two comfortable chairs, a sofa bed, digital TV, and a radio, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The open kitchen and dining area are well-equipped with all the essentials, so cooking at home feels simple and enjoyable. There is one bedroom with two single beds, and the sofa bed provides extra sleeping space for two, making the home suitable for up to four guests.

Families and couples alike will appreciate the little extras: a cot and high chair for the youngest travelers, free WiFi to stay connected, and the option of a Jacuzzi experience on request. The enclosed garden is ideal for children or pets, and with the beach, forest, and village so close by, there’s always something to do. On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
