This inviting apartment in the heart of Petten is the perfect place for a carefree beach holiday. With plenty of space, two comfortable bedrooms, and a private terrace, it’s a wonderful spot for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

Step inside to a bright living room with a cozy leather sitting area and a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials—oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, and coffee maker—making it easy to enjoy meals at home. Two spacious bedrooms offer restful box-spring beds, one with a double setup and the other with two singles, so everyone can settle in comfortably. A neat bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink completes the home.

Outside, the west-facing terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy the evening sun while watching the village go by. Shops and restaurants are right at your doorstep, the forest is just a short walk away, and in only 7 minutes you’ll find yourself at Petten’s wide sandy beach. With WiFi, central heating, and a washing machine included, this apartment has everything you need for a relaxed stay close to the sea.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
