Our "feel-good house" is comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely dining area, a comfortable living area, and sleeps five. To ensure all guests are comfortable, we rent for a maximum of four people, and in exceptional cases, for five. The daily rate is based on four people. We prefer contact by phone. Please provide your phone number with your inquiry.

The reception rents bicycles, cribs, and bed linen for a fee.

The house is situated on a 258 sq m garden plot surrounded by greenery in the 5-star holiday park de Watersnip. Our guests are welcome to use all the park's facilities, such as the swimming pool (May to September, for a small fee), adventure playground, children's playground, skate park, bouncy castles, volleyball court, and table tennis tables.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
