Detailed information
The living space of approx. 90 m² is spread over two fully heated floors. The windows are fitted with electric shutters to darken the room. On the ground floor there is a living area with a seating area and Smart TV (German and English channels only), a dining area, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and double bed (2 × 0.90 m wide). The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a storage room on this floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer for free use. The upper floor offers two further bedrooms, each with a double bed (2x0.90cm wide) and a satellite TV (German and English channels only), as well as a further bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Fly screens are attached to all bedroom windows. A travel cot is available on site. Internet reception via wifi. Please note that you must bring your own bed linen and towels.
The fully enclosed property is fenced towards the road and the neighbour. On the other two sides, the property borders on water. There are hedges and an 80cm high fence securing the sloot (surface water ditch). Directly connected to the holiday home is a conservatory, which can be opened with sliding doors. This has seating, deckchairs, parasols and a charcoal barbecue. There are two private outdoor car parking spaces in front of the house. There is also a shed on the property, which can be used to store bicycles or other items. In the summer months, the holiday complex offers a swimming pool (10 x 25 m) for communal use free of charge, which is approx. 50 m from your holiday home.
Families with children should note that the resort does not provide pool supervision. A fishing licence is also available in the house, which can be used to fish in designated waters. A further licence must be obtained on site.
The nearest bakery, butcher and supermarket are approx. 4 km away. WLAN access is also available in nearby restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shopping centres. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity of the property, which lead past colourful flower fields depending on the season. The North Sea with its various water sports facilities is approx. 9 km away. The Amstelmeer is approx. 8 km away and is particularly suitable for surfers and small children. In Den Helder, approx. 10 km away, you can take the ferry to Texel, go on a boat trip to the seal sandbanks or visit the maritime museum. Den Oever is approx. 20 km from your holiday home. Here we recommend a tour of the harbour followed by a visit to the fish market. Cheese lovers will find what they are looking for at the cheese market in nearby Alkmaar.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
