Welcome to the holiday home by the water
This detached house is part of the Zijper Eilant holiday home complex and offers direct access to the canal with its own garden and jetty. Here you can relax and unwind in a peaceful and cosy atmosphere.
The house:
The holiday home has a living space of around 90 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people.
On the ground floor (approx. 50 m²) there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, kettle and washing machine. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs. The cosy living area with open fireplace, sofas, armchairs, flat screen TV (satellite) and music system invites you to linger.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: a double room with a 1.60 m wide bed and large wardrobe and a single room with a 90 cm wide bed and chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, mirror cabinet and window. There is also a separate WC with a small washbasin and ventilation. From the hallway you have direct access to the garden terrace.
A spiral staircase takes you to the open gallery on the upper floor (approx. 45 m²). A spacious sleeping area with a 2 metre wide bed and large built-in wardrobe awaits you there. The open-plan design gives you a bright, airy feeling of space, and the windows offer a wonderful view over the garden, canal and fields.
All rooms can be heated. In the cooler months, the fireplace creates a particularly cosy atmosphere.
Garden & outdoor area:
The garden has a terrace with a barbecue and comfortable seating. The terrace in front of the house also invites you to linger. There is a private car park right next to the house, with further parking spaces around 150 metres away.
Leisure & facilities:
The holiday complex offers many leisure activities. In summer, you can use the large pool (10 × 25 m) with children's area free of charge. There are football goals on the neighbouring lawn, which become an ice rink in winter as soon as it is cold enough. There is also a playground for children around 250 metres away.
The property is fully fenced and therefore ideal for families with children and dog owners. Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
Surroundings & activities:
The watery surroundings are ideal for cycling, walking and fishing. You can fish for pike, perch and peaceful fish directly from the jetty with a fishing licence. Boat trips are also possible - either with your own boat from the resort's own harbour or with a hired boat in the village.
In Callantsoog, water sports enthusiasts will find ideal conditions for kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing. The beaches and coastal towns are within easy reach and bicycles can be hired on site. Shopping facilities are available in nearby t'Zand (5 km) and in Schagen (7 km).
Practical information:
All utilities are included in the rental price. Not included are only the costs for final cleaning and handing over the keys, which are passed on 1:1. The nearest railway station is in Schagen (20 km) and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is around 75 km away. There is a hospital about 20 km away in Den Helder.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
