The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, two double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a radio, a DVD player, a CD player, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a bicycle parking, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two showers, a bath and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

There is a lake/open water less than 2 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 300 meter. You can also relax, because near Fancy in Groet you can go to the beach, the water or the forest.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
