The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a tumble dryer, a freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a microwave.

I hereby offer my Ship as a "holiday home", Parties are allowed here!!! Location: Enkhuizen and surroundings. Prices are per night ex 3.90 tourist tax pp pn. Please note that the prices on the ship's website are the (normal) prices for sailing multi-day rentals obv 12 persons. Ps. the skipper lives in a locked part of the ship, and can be reached 24 hours a day.

Tjalkjacht Pelikaan is a tjalkjacht from 1904 Dimensions 21x5 Meter equipped with 6 double cabins with hot and cold running water, (all beds are by the way at least 2meter) 2 showers, 2 toilets a spacious sitting area and a fully equipped galley (kitchen) with beer tap!

On deck you will find a lovely spacious seating area and a large "sun deck" For the water sports experience, there are a dinghy SUP and a swimming ladder on board.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
