The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV, a stereo (wireless) and two fireplaces. In addition there is a bicycle, a terrace, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins and a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is toys and a cot and there are two high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a stove.

Via the stairs in the living room you reach the first floor where there are three bright double bedrooms with comfortable beds. In addition, you can relax at the end of a beach day in your luxurious bathroom. For daily shopping you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fishmonger within walking distance. "Please note: there is 1 parking space next to the mill for each accommodation." Egmond has a real family beach with a length of no less than 8 kilometers, so you can take long beach walks against the setting sun while the children look for shells. In the vicinity of the apartment, nature offers you a varied landscape. The beautiful lighthouse is an attraction in itself.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 115,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
