The holiday apartment (54 m²) is fully furnished. The furnishings were recently completely updated. It features a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A staircase in the living room leads to the bedroom with two comfortable box-spring beds (beds are made up).

The maisonettes facing the forest have a Juliet balcony in the living room.

This apartment can also be booked for three people (please mention this when booking).

Pets are not allowed.

The apartment has Wi-Fi. You can park your car for free at the hotel. Bicycle rental is available on site.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
