The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stair gate, five televisions and a heather. In addition there is a sauna, a set of garden furniture, a jacuzzi, an atmospheric fireplace, a garden and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a toilet and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a convection microwave and two coffee makers.

De Witte Parel on Texel is situated on the edge of the Dennenbos forest, between the villages of Den Burg and the seaside resort of De Koog. This central location offers easy access to the forest for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding, as well as the North Sea beach just a short distance away.

This beautiful family villa exudes an atmosphere of luxury and pure perfection. The spacious entrance leads into the spacious living room, where you'll find the inviting living room, complete with a sitting area, smart TV, and a decorative fireplace. Light the fireplace for a cozy and warm atmosphere in the villa. The renovated open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. Settle into the comfortable train-carriage sofa for a cozy family atmosphere and a wonderful meal.

On the ground floor, you'll find one bedroom with comfortable single box-spring beds and a TV. An adjoining bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet is also located. The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor, all furnished with two single box-spring beds. The upper floor features a renovated, luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub with a whirlpool function, a double vanity, and a sauna for complete relaxation and unwinding.

From the living room, you can step directly into the beautiful, spacious garden. A trampoline is available for the little ones to fully enjoy the outdoors.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
