The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and five single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two showers, a toilet and two baths.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stove and a dishwasher.

In this holiday home, you occupy the ground floor and the first floor of this large house. You have at your disposal a very spacious eat-in kitchen, equipped with an AGA cooker and every possible comfort. You can enjoy sitting in the seating area in the sunny conservatory in every season. Naturally, the house also features a lovely spacious living room with a seating area, wood-burning stove, and widescreen smart TV.

On the ground floor, you will find a large double bedroom with a walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. On the first floor, you have access to a second and third bedroom, each with 2 single box-spring beds. The fourth has 1 single bed (110 cm wide).
Via the mezzanine on the first floor, you reach the comfortable bathroom, with a bathtub, shower, sink, and a separate toilet.
The house features spacious terraces on three sides, so you can always enjoy nature in a sheltered spot. This home is ideal for people who love peace and space.

There is ample parking space around the house, and a charging point for electric cars is also available. If you wish to make use of this, please indicate this when making your reservation.

Holiday home Aldubo has a fantastic location, directly opposite the forest, on the edge of the Dunes of Texel National Park. This nature reserve covers the entire west coast of the island. You can cycle to the North Sea beach within 10 minutes. Beautiful cycling, walking, and horse riding trails run through the forest. The artists' village of Den Hoorn and the 'capital' Den Burg are both located about 4 kilometers away. The Fonteinsnol observation tower stands diagonally opposite your holiday home. There are various restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Holiday home Aldubo is situated on a large plot with an unobstructed view of the fields, together with three other holiday homes.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
