The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, a heather, five televisions, an infrared sauna and a stair gate. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a hot tub, a bar, a terrace, a sauna, a barbecue and a bicycle parking. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, four showers and four washbasins.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer, a fridge, a washing machine and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, a convection microwave, a dishwasher and three ovens.

Inspired by the typical Texel sheepfold, the villa boasts expansive views of the vast Waalenburg nature reserve. This is an absolutely stunning home with a unique and tasteful interior.

The spacious living room brings the tranquility of the Texel landscape indoors. Thanks to the enormous glass walls (fitted with sliding doors), the living room flows seamlessly into the large garden. The generous living room also features a sitting area with a wood-burning stove, smart TV, and music system. The open-plan kitchen with a large cooking island is fully equipped with various built-in appliances.

The basement offers two large bedrooms and a children's bedroom with natural light. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower and vanity. The other bedroom shares a bathroom with the wellness room. This bathroom also has a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower and vanity. The basement also houses the wellness room, which includes a Finnish sauna and an infrared sauna, suitable for 6-8 people.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms featuring a spacious walk-in rain shower and vanity. One of these bathrooms also has a bathtub. All bedrooms in the house have comfortable box-spring beds and a smart TV.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
