General

The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a heater, five televisions and a stair gate. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a bicycle parking, a hot tub, a bar, a barbecue and a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, six showers and six washbasins.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, three ovens, a dishwasher and two coffee makers.

Enjoy a stay in this sustainable 8-person nature villa located on the outskirts of Waalenburg, in the heart of Texel. The villa's design is inspired by the typical Texel sheep shed and offers sweeping views.

The spacious living room brings the tranquility of the Texel landscape indoors. Thanks to the large glass panels (equipped with sliding doors), the living room blends seamlessly into the large garden. Additionally, the living room features a seating area with a wood-burning stove, a Smart TV, and a music system. You can enjoy cooking together in the large open kitchen.

The basement offers two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms here feature a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower and a vanity unit. The basement also includes a Finnish sauna, suitable for 6-8 people. On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms, both featuring an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower and a vanity unit. One of these bathrooms is also equipped with a bathtub. All bedrooms in the house feature comfortable box-spring beds and a Smart TV. The washing machine and dryer are located in a separate room. Children's furniture is available. Free Wi-Fi and extra German channels. Charging points for two electric cars and electric bicycles. The villa is heated and cooled by means of a heat pump. Underfloor heating and cooling to achieve a comfortable temperature in every season. The villa is accessible via stairs.

Upon check-in, you will receive a voucher for 1 bag of firewood and 1 bag of charcoal (or 2 bags of firewood) for use of the fireplace, hot tub, and/or BBQ. The voucher can be redeemed at the Total gas station in De Koog opposite the Jumbo; you can also purchase extra bags there.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
