The holiday home is equipped with ten heaters, a fireplace and five televisions. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). Living Room
One with Texel. Here you can breathe freely. The beautiful, spacious living room (over 66 m²) brings the tranquility of the Texel landscape indoors. Thanks to the huge glass fronts – equipped with sliding doors – the living room flows seamlessly into the large garden. Enjoy expansive views of the open Texel countryside. The living room and terrace become one. The unique archetypal design guarantees a wonderful atmosphere, even in the colder months. On winter evenings, the villa envelops you like a warm blanket. The spacious living room also features a seating area with a wood-burning stove, a smart TV, and a sound system. The comfortably large open-plan kitchen is perfect for cooking together. There is a dining area with a large dining table for eight people. The open kitchen with its large island is fully equipped with various built-in appliances. A separate toilet and storage space are also located on the first floor.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Anyone who unsuspectingly takes the stairs to the basement will be surprised. The large room offers two spacious bedrooms with windows providing natural light. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a vanity. The basement also has a separate toilet. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower and a vanity. One of the bathrooms is slightly larger and therefore includes a bathtub. All bedrooms in the house have comfortable box-spring beds. The beds are made up as standard, and towels are provided. There is a separate toilet on the landing.

Garden
The living area connects directly to the terrace via sliding doors. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and faces east, allowing you to enjoy the most beautiful sunrises. The terrace is also equipped with a windbreak.

General
Zero-energy houses. The technical installations are located in the basement, and a separate room houses the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Children's furniture is provided. Free Wi-Fi and additional German channels are available. Charging stations for an electric car and e-bikes are provided. The villa is heated and cooled by a heat pump. Underfloor heating and cooling can also be used to achieve a comfortable temperature in summer that is lower than the outside temperature.

On 1,5 kilometer of 407255 you will find one or more restaurants. You can also relax, because near 407255 in De Waal you can go to the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
