Welcome to this comfortable and modernly furnished 4-person apartment on the first floor of the De Zeedistel apartment complex. It's located near the center of De Koog, a seaside resort where you can enjoy delicious dining and shopping.

The apartment features a cozy living room with a sitting area, TV, and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave, and various coffee machines.

There are two bedrooms, both furnished with two single box-spring beds and a TV. The neat bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with rain shower head, a bathtub, a spacious sink, and a toilet.

The west-facing balcony is accessible from the living room through sliding doors. Garden furniture is provided.

Children's furniture is available from the owner upon request and for a fee. One parking space is available. The apartment is accessible from the parking lot via a staircase.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
