The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a stair gate and four televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, six washbasins, three hairdryers and three showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a convection microwave.

This new Luxury detached Villa is located on 'Hoeve Zeeburg' with a beautiful spacious garden and Sauna with a view of the lighthouse. In this unique place just outside De Cocksdorp, between the old and new dikes, you will find yourself in an idyllic holiday destination. If you walk up the stairs of the new dike behind your residence, you have a view of the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site "The Wadden Sea" with the first neighboring island of Vlieland within sight. With a bit of luck you can see the seals with the naked eye next to the channel on the mudflats.
If you walk or cycle to the south, you will find the nature reserve “De Schorren en Utopia”. If you want to go north, you will arrive at the lighthouse via the “Haventje van Sil”, the natural monument “De Volharding” and the beach pavilion “Kaap Noord”.

Your luxury villa has a spacious luxurious open kitchen. The living room with a dining table offers enough space for 6 people. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor are two more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

The island of Texel offers you many cycling and hiking trails. The bicycle is the ideal means of transport for your holiday. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are a short distance from each other.
Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals in Ecomare. Don't forget to stop along the way in Den Burg and De Koog for a delicious drink or dinner on one of the many terraces.
For hikers, the nature reserve "de Slufter" is highly recommended. And one of the most unique hiking experiences on the island has to be a guided mudflat hike. Don't miss it and book a holiday on this fantastic island!

Particularities:
- You can park your car at your villa and there is a lockable central bicycle shed for bicycles
- Made beds. If you use the camp bed, you must bring your own sheets and blankets

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
