On the ground floor, one spacious bedroom has two single beds, a flat-screen TV, and a sink. An open staircase leads to the first floor, where two additional bedrooms each have two single beds and a flat-screen TV. The luxurious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sink, with a separate toilet for added convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and combination microwave. A lockable storage room for bicycles and free on-site parking are provided, along with a charging station for electric cars.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
