Welcome to our charming holiday home in the De Krim Texel holiday park, located in De Cocksdorp. With 108 square meters of living space and room for up to 6 guests, this is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all comfortably furnished and exuding a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The heart of the house is the cozy living room with its inviting fireplace. The living room is furnished with comfortable furniture and, with the adjoining conservatory, offers a soothing view of the secluded, well-maintained garden. The fully equipped modern kitchenette has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a dishwasher, a combination oven and microwave, a kettle, and a coffee machine.

The house also features a modern TV and DVD player, perfect for cozy evenings at home. Long-term rentals are possible, making it the perfect choice for those planning an extended stay. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.

Inside, you will find a blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. Comfortable beds – new box spring beds since May 2024 – and tasteful interior design create an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The bathrooms are modern and functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

During the bathing season, from the beginning of May until approximately the first week of September, we are happy to provide you with our beach house, complete with three deck chairs and a sun lounger at beach marker 28, free of charge, allowing you to spend the whole day relaxing on the beach – pure holiday bliss!

And if the weather isn't cooperating, or even just because, you can enjoy the fantastic indoor swimming pool at the holiday park – free entry for our guests!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
