General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds. The holiday home is equipped with an infrared sauna and a TV. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a patio and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, two toilets, two showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playpen and a high chair and there are two cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stovetop, a microwave, a coffee maker (espresso machine) and an oven.

Most days naturally revolve around the outdoors here. The covered terrace and private garden make slow breakfasts and late dinners easy, while the nearby dunes quickly pull everyone toward cycling routes, beach cafés, and long coastal walks. Children usually disappear toward the nearby playgrounds while the adults settle into quieter afternoons beneath the parasol once the sea breeze picks up.

The sea lies just 600 metres away, while the dunes begin roughly 400 metres from the house with walking and cycling trails crossing the protected coastal landscape. Callantsoog Beach can be reached within around 3 minutes and is known for wide sandy stretches, beach pavilions, and sunset walks along the North Sea coast. Zwanenwater Nature Reserve sits nearby with wetland trails and hidden birdwatching points around the dune lakes, while Callantsoog Dorpsplein is within easy walking distance for cafés, bike rentals, and seasonal markets. Families travelling with children often head toward Attractiepark De Goudvis roughly 11 minutes away for indoor and outdoor play areas.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Layout

There is a lake/open water less than 600 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 800 meter. You can also relax, because near Garnekuul 1 in Callantsoog you can go to the water or the forest.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
