The holiday home for 11 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a single box bed and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and two stair gates. In addition there is a garden, a hot tub, a terrace, a porch, a barbecue, a table tennis table, a set of garden furniture and a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot (public). The badroom is equipped with three showers, three washbasins and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and a high chair and there are two cots and two baby baths.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a convection microwave, a stovetop and two coffee makers.

Callantsoog Beach can be reached within roughly 7 minutes and is especially popular for swimming, windsurfing, and sunset walks beside the beach pavilions. Zwanenwater Nature Reserve sits nearby with walking trails crossing dune lakes and wetlands filled with birdlife, while Landgoed Hoenderdaell can be reached within approximately 13 minutes for wildlife sanctuaries and forest walks. Guests interested in local coastal history should also visit the quirky Juttersmuseum in Callantsoog for maritime finds gathered from the North Sea shoreline over decades.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
