General

The holiday home for 18 persons has eight bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with eight double beds and two single box beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with eight showers, eight washbasins and two toilets.

The holiday home has a freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.

Feel welcome in this beautiful, new, and nicely furnished holiday home so perfect for a large group of friends or family. From the living room, you have a beautiful view of the newly landscaped garden with a dining area and terrace. There is even a cozy bar area, extra nice for the evenings.

The home is located in the dunes of Groote Keeten and closer to the beach. Besides the beautiful beach, you can also go karting, spot seals, and catch shrimps in the Wadden region.

In the spacious kitchen, you can have breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner together. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with an adjoining bathroom, the other bedroom can use the disabled bathroom. On the first floor are five bedrooms, all with an attached bathroom. Even though you are with a large group, there is enough space for some privacy in your own room.

Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Layout

On 280 meter of de Groote Kaap you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. You can also relax, because near de Groote Kaap in Callantsoog you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
