Beautiful villa for 4 people located on the playground of the Buitenplaats park in Callantsoog.
This attractive villa in the Buitenplaats park in Callantsoog is ideal for a holiday with (young) children. The children can easily and quickly reach the park's playground via the bridge next to the house. The spacious living room has a cozy sitting area and the open kitchen is fully equipped. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer at your disposal.
The open staircase in the living room leads to the first floor with 2 spacious bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a TV in the room. The lovely bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower and bath.
You walk onto the terrace through the patio doors in the living room. The terrace, which extends into the garden on the water, also has 2 nice sun loungers at your disposal. At the back of the garden, on the water, there is a second terrace with a lounge set. The garden is fenced, so it is safe for your children. You can park your car on site, in front of the door. Pets are not allowed.
A really wonderful house for a holiday with children close to the beach and sea!!

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
