This charming holiday home is the perfect setting for a relaxed family getaway. Tucked away in a small, quiet park in Burgerbrug, it offers a peaceful base with views of open farmland where sheep graze. Here, you’ll enjoy the calm of the countryside while still being just 5 km from the wide sandy beach of Petten, close enough for easy seaside trips, yet far enough to retreat to your own private haven at the end of the day.

Inside, the house welcomes you with a bright living room featuring wooden floors and large windows that open onto the garden. The open kitchen and dining area create a warm, communal space where you can cook, share meals, and unwind together. A bathroom with shower and sink is conveniently located on the ground floor, with a separate toilet for extra comfort. With three bedrooms, the home sleeps up to five guests: a spacious master bedroom downstairs, and two more upstairs, one with twin beds and balcony, the other with a single bed, making it well-suited for families with children.

Outdoors, the west-facing garden is a highlight, offering plenty of privacy for lazy afternoons in the sun. A terrace with table, chairs, and loungers makes it easy to dine under the open sky or simply relax with a book. The garden is largely fenced, though without a gate, and you’ll have your own private parking spot right in front of the house. A single pet is welcome, so even your four-legged friend can join the holiday. It’s a place where quiet nature, family time, and the fresh sea breeze come together beautifully.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
