The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV. In addition there is a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two toilets and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

This inviting holiday home is perfect for families or small groups looking for a peaceful break close to the coast. Tucked away in a quiet park with views across open farmland and grazing sheep, it offers a sense of rural calm while still being just a short drive from the sandy beaches of Petten. A private parking space makes your stay extra convenient, and with no pets or smoking allowed, the atmosphere remains fresh and family-friendly.

Inside, the living room and open kitchen form the heart of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need—from induction hob and dishwasher to coffee maker, Senseo and toaster—while the cosy living area provides a TV, DVD player and free WiFi for evenings in. Freshly redecorated with modern furnishings, it’s a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the countryside.

With three bedrooms in total, the house sleeps up to six guests. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor, while upstairs you’ll find two additional bedrooms, including one with a sunny balcony. The bathroom with shower and sink is on the ground floor, and the toilet is separate. Outdoors, the west-facing garden offers plenty of privacy, ideal for unwinding in the fresh air. Fenced for security and furnished with a garden set, it’s a welcoming spot for lazy afternoons or family meals under the sky.

The bed-linen is optional and available for € 13 p.p./Stay.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
