As a tenant, you have exclusive use of the lower floor of the house, which measures an impressive 130m2, while the upper floor (110m2) remains unoccupied.

Enjoy the spacious outdoor area with its terrace directly bordering a moat, which is ideal for fishing. The garden extends to 200m2 and features a historic water cistern dating back to 1750 - a perfect place to read, play games or simply relax in the sun with a cool drink. A private car park with space for two cars is available for your vehicles.

The Markermeer is just a few metres away, with several small beaches nearby, which are particularly child-friendly as the water is shallow. A neighbouring holiday park offers fun for younger children, while older children and adults can enjoy the outdoor pool in the Markermeer and relax on the terrace by the lake.
