Perched on one of the highest dunes in Bergen aan Zee and surrounded by lush green forests, this elegant holiday home provides a wonderful coastal retreat for a group of eight or families with children.

Located in the main building, the accommodation is spread across three floors. The ground floor features a comfortable living room that opens onto an attached, enclosed south-facing terrace. It also includes a modern kitchen, a dining room with a spacious dining table, one bedroom with a double bed (1.40m wide), and a toilet. The first floor mezzanine level features a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor, you will find the remaining two bedrooms (each equipped with two single beds) and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. One baby cot and one high chair are provided free of charge for your stay, with additional ones available for a small fee.

A fresh bread service is available daily to start your mornings. For dining, the on-site restaurant is open from Wednesday through Sunday for lunch. For dinner options, you can easily explore the charming nearby towns: Bergen aan Zee is just 1 km away, Bergen is 6 km away, and Schoorl is 10 km away. The beach is located 1 km from the property, offering plenty of space for relaxing walks and water sports, while the Kranenburgh Museum is just 5 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
